말보다 말씀! 빚보다 빛!

Happy Friday to our Woori Youth! Hope you all had a great week. Some rain this week, but the weekend looks to be sunny and cool. This week, we will discuss the gospel of John 3:1-21.

Please make sure to pre-read these verses so that we can share what these verses mean and how we can interpret and assimilate them into our everyday lives. Have a great weekend as we prepare to worship our One and only Creator, Father, and Savior! 

How do we gain an invitation to dine at God’s table? Have you heard the song; Come To The Table? The lyrics are very powerful and inspiring! It goes like this:

He said come to the table

Come join the sinners who have been redeemed

Take your place beside the Savior now

Sit down and be set free

Come to the table.

To the thief, to the doubter

To the hero and the coward

To the prisoner and the soldier

To the young, to the older

All who hunger, all who thirst

All the last, all the first

All the paupers and the princes

All who fail you've been forgiven

All who dream, all who suffer

All who loved and lost another

All the chained, all the free

All who follow, all who lead

Anyone who's been let down

All the lost you have been found

All who've been labeled right or wrong

The meaning of this song to me is that if I accept Jesus as my God and Savior and live a Christian life, it doesn’t matter who I am in this world, 

God’s table in heaven is for all who believe! We might try to distinguish ourselves throughout our lives, but when we stand before THE JUDGE and sit at His table, we are all equally loved by our Father. The important thing is that we never give up our right to earn that “golden ticket”, those “glass slippers”, that winning “lottery ticket” that gives us entrance into the most fantastic party in heaven by continually sinning, disobeying, and rejecting Jesus and His teachings. When we truly believe, we are made clean with the “precious blood” of Jesus which guarantees us a reservation at His eternal table of LIFE!! See you all at Papa’s house!
